ICONIC NW CIC are to deliver meaningful, community-focused activities that empower and uplift people facing disadvantage or risk. We provide practical life skills, confidence-building opportunities, and employability skills through creative pathways including fashion, make-up, beauty, dance, photography, and the performing arts.

 

We are committed to creating wellbeing, diversity, and equality-led projects within the community. Our programmes support individuals who are not currently in education, employment, or training (NEET), as well as those experiencing social, economic, or personal challenges. Through creative engagement and hands-on learning, participants develop essential life skills such as communication, teamwork, time management, professionalism, and self-belief.

 

ICONIC NW CIC supports people of all ages, races, genders, and backgrounds, with a particular focus on those who are underrepresented or disadvantaged within the fashion, make-up, beauty, and performing arts industries. We actively work to break down stigmas surrounding these sectors while supporting individuals affected by mental health challenges and hidden disabilities.

 

We deliver our mission through inclusive workshops, employability training, networking events, fashion shows, make-up showcases, and dance performances open to the public. Our projects encourage people to step outside their comfort zones, build confidence and character, and gain real-world experience in a safe, supportive, and culturally enriching environment.
